Momans Consulting, Inc. goal is to build a sense of trust and commitment to all our clients when it comes to
city, state and federal government compliances. We are dedicated to building relationships with our clients

Doreen Streeter-Momans has over 15 years of corporate compliance experience in the nonprofit entity;
she brings into fruition, the vision and dreams of a person’s hope, by filing their local, state and federal documents.
Documents such as: Articles of Incorporation, Charitable Trust. We write corporate by-laws, policies and
procedures for faith and community based organizations. We provide light bookkeeping, preparing
of documents for tax filing, SS4 filing, Incorporation filing Business License, Sales and Property tax exemption and 501c3
determination status. She has exemplary administrative, leadership and project management skills.
Mrs. Streeter-Momans holds an
Associate in Arts Degree in Paralegal studies from Northwestern College, a lifetime member of Alpha Beta Gamma – International
Business Honor Society of Community, Junior, and Technical Colleges, A member of the National Honors Society, A member of
the Illinois Paralegal Association and National Federation Paralegal Association; She have numerous certificates in business
and network management and workshops with Internal Revenue Service Exemptions Organizations, 501c3 small Business-Illinois
and 501c3 small business and compliance –Detroit, Michigan, and Chicago, Illinois, Chitwood & Chitwood, and Startchurch.
Mrs. Streeter-Momans is an Elder and she also trains minister’s church protocol
and her ministry includes family guidance, intercessor prayer and church accounting management, church compliance and business
strategies. She has been a servant within the Kingdom of God for thirty years.
